LISA FEUCHT, Partner

A natural leader with a knack for details, Lisa Feucht joined Elevated-LA in 2018 after a highly successful run as a Managing Director in the event planning industry. Her appreciation of architecture, passion for interior design, and innate desire to help people achieve major milestones led her directly to real estate, where in her first six months of practice, she closed six transactions totaling over 15 million dollars. As a southern California native and graduate of the University of Southern California, Lisa has the knowledge and confidence to work with any local property. She approaches each space with vision and originality; qualities that help clients see a property’s potential with clarity and imagination. In fact, she helped originate our team’s “Design-To-Sell” program, assisting sellers with a tailored plan of home improvements to not only sell a property quickly, but at a higher price. NICKY CLARKE, Estates Director

Meet Nicky, a German-born, London-raised real estate agent based on LA’s Westside. With a background in sales, marketing, and PR, and a lifelong passion for interiors and design, she brings creativity, care, and clarity to every transaction. She helps buyers see the potential in every space and works closely with sellers to position their homes thoughtfully and strategically. Nicky began her real estate journey in London, buying and selling homes with her husband, a creative director. After relocating to Los Angeles, she found her calling helping clients navigate the Westside market, with a focus on Santa Monica, Brentwood, and Pacific Palisades. In January 2025, Nicky and her family lost their home in the Palisades fire. Now in the process of rebuilding, she brings personal insight and steady guidance to others navigating change, whether that means relocating, starting fresh, or reimagining what’s next. Her mission is to rebuild Palisades, develop value-added properties, and support her communities in residential and commercial real estate in Westside, LA. Her background makes her the best resource for Northern Californians who wish to move to LA or open a commercial space (or studio) in Southern California.
